Netcore acquires Hansel.io to create industry’s leading intelligent customer experience cloud

Netcore Solution has acquired Hansel.io, a real-time, no code, Product Experience platform in a cash and stock deal.The Hansel PX cloud further augments Netcore’s flagship Marketing cloud and Communication cloud. Equirus Digital, an investment banking firm, acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Netcore for the deal.
