Pooja's interest and commitment lie in businesses that address significant unmet needs in healthcare. At Endiya, she focuses on investments in biotech, digital health and life sciences.

Prior to her role at Endiya Partners, Pooja led investments, global licensing, and M&A at Sun Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in her career, she worked as an analyst at Tracxn and leveraged her domain expertise to advise VC / PE funds and corporates on investment opportunities in the life sciences industry. Additionally, Pooja brings substantial R&D experience through her stints at ThermoFisher and the Tata Medical Center.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in biotechnology from D Y Patil University and a Master's degree in biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania.
