Vaishali Neotia

With a strong background in technology and social impact, Vaishali brings a unique perspective to her role at Endiya Partners. An entrepreneur at heart, she leverages her experience in DeepTech to help Endiya's portfolio companies thrive.

Prior to joining Endiya, Vaishali worked on tech-for-systemic impact at the Ashoka foundation, where she focused on platform thinking for social entrepreneurs. Before that, she founded and led Merxius, where she raised funds from strategic investors like The Boeing Company and forged partnerships with large enterprises such as Meta and Tata Elxsi.

Vaishali's passion for technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, and DEI has driven her to contribute to government policy, mentor startups, and speak at multiple forums.

She holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Osmania University and is an alumnus of La Martiniere. When she's not at Endiya, you can find her at a Vipassana centre.
