Raghav Gupta

Raghav brings a diverse set of experiences from startup, big tech, and government to the team. His commitment lies in building globally competitive product startups out of India.

His primary focus at Endiya is on investments in SaaS and DeepTech.

Before joining Endiya, Raghav was responsible for electronics investments and policy at Invest India, the National Investment Promotion Agency. During his time there, he played a key role in architecting national programs like the Production Linked Incentives and National Programme for Semiconductors, as well as being responsible for the national investment pipeline. Before his role at Invest India, Raghav was part of the founding team at Plumage, India’s only display ODM, where he continues to serve as an advisor to the board. He also worked as a hardware engineer on the Snapdragon Datacenter Platform at Qualcomm.

Raghav holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School. Outside of work, he enjoys pursuing his passion for poetry and Hindustani classical music, as well as hiking and reading history.
